Created by Glenmorangie’s Director of Whisky Creation, Dr. Bill Lumsden, the whisky explores new flavour dimensions through an unusual combination of cask influences. For the first time in the distillery’s history, Glenmorangie matured part of the whisky in rare Japanese Mizunara oak casks, alongside classic bourbon and sherry casks.

The use of Mizunara oak introduces a fascinating aromatic complexity, bringing distinctive notes of sandalwood, incense and exotic spice. These elements weave together with Glenmorangie’s naturally elegant spirit to create a whisky that is both expressive and refined.
